i have experienced one time when my old friend chat with me,..he used words that are unpleasant to hear,..then i said to myself that if our teacher in computer did not teach us what netiquette is, then i could be like him, no manners and respect, or others would think that he is not educated or dull...,,..

Netiquette teaches us manners. With this, we will really know who that person is by his words.
